Shipping and returns

Payment and order confirmation

You can pay through the following services:

  • PayPal
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, etc.)
  • Bank transfer (it may take a few extra days to prepare the order) In the latter case, I ask you to include your first and last name and order number in the reason for payment. Please note that the order will be shipped only once payment is received.

Waiting time

If the product is available(i.e., if all letters are available), your order will be ready to ship within 3 business days.
If the product is made to order, the waiting time may vary depending on the type of product you make (between 4 – 8 weeks). You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
If you would like to receive a product for a specific date, always write to me before proceeding with your order.

Shipping

All products will be insured by trusted couriers and can be picked up in person if requested. In this case, you will receive an e-mail when the order is ready for pickup at the times indicated.

Shipments take place Monday through Friday

  • Shipping time Italy: 2-3 days
  • EU shipping time: 4-5 days
  • US shipping time: 4-5 days

Shipping prices are:

  • Shipping to Italy – 12 € *
  • Shipping to Europe – 25 € *
  • Shipping to US – 55 € *
  • On-site pickup – free shipping

Free shipping within Italy for orders over €250, excluding large delicate freight surcharge.
For shipping outside these countries, contact me by email to find out price and delivery time: it varies depending on the area you are shipping to.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may write to info@claytosay within 14 days of receipt indicating your intention to return the item and the reason for your return. Upon receipt of the email confirming my authorization, you may send the return, undamaged and in its original packaging, to the address provided.
Returns of products that have been tampered with or are in poor condition will not be accepted.

If merchandise arrives damaged, you must photograph it and report it via e-mail the same day you received the shipment. I will replace the goods as soon as possible or make a refund. In case of return, you will be charged the shipping price.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
